Our factory is:

• HACCAP accredited.
• Is completely food safe.
• Complies with all statutory and local food standard codes.
• Has a triple wash capacity.
• Has capacity to produce in Pillow Paks, Vaccuum Paks with or without gas flushing.
• Is a fully temperature controlled environment (processing room approximately 7 degrees Celcius).
• Uses sterilized water incorporating constant dosing chlorination.
• Uses a constant wash water temperature of less than 4 degrees Celcius.
• Uses state of the art weigh head technology to ensure accurate pack weights (minimum 500g).
• Has a full time food technologist overseeing production.
• Is located approximately fifteen (15) minutes south of the Perth Metropolitan Markets and thirty (30) minutes south of the Perth Airports.
